Well of course he did.

No brainer on those items... if priced even fairly its a no brainer yet alone priced low.

That's OK. The seller told me there is 5 more large storage units part of the same estate. He said it's to much stuff to move and sealed boxes of sports cards, footballs he thinks are signed and hopefully more of the same! He said pricing hot wheels and die cast cars was a pain in the ass... as was moving all the stuff. So.... I now know who is selling the remaining estate and I will be buying some stuff! Her said he did not want to deal with old motorcycles, watches and what he thinks are guitars (in cases) He claims that there are more comics in bags with numbers on them. I said.... Hmmmmm.
I will pay the rent on the storage units.... It will be my second home!!!!!!

No he was not really talkitive about that. Lighters he did say went for 300 bucks for all of them. He stated looking up stuff is a pain. He said likes to make 125 dollars a day

Tell him you will clean out lockers etc... and GET THE KEYS... AND CHANGE LOCKS.

Make sure to ask if lockers are paid up to date as well... no liens etc

He does not want to move stuff or price stuff. I'm now dealing with the estate seller... not him.
He gave me all the pertant info. I don't know if he knows he did being a dipshit and all...:laughing7:
 

I drive past this place a few times a year.
Once I stopped in and was totally gobsmacked on how much stuff there was squirrelled away. Yard, house, barn across the road, another farm that the owner said there was even more stuff than this one that was open for the public.
I asked him what would he wanted-$1,000,000.00 for the 3 farms and all the contents.
I got home and told the mrs-showed her the pictures
