Pizza night, did a 4lb blade roast up slowly today. Shaved the top off and garnished the pizza.
The meat had the rock salt, black ground pepper, bulb of fine shaved garlic, two big Spanish onions around and over as it cooked to a medium-rare. Figs, black olives, sweet baby peas, corn niblets, and the touch of cheese.
Mouth is still tingling, from the taste.

Did the plowing, shoveling, of the latest snow. Right pretty outside, as the first batch froze to create a postcard of beauty.
