Nothing to elaborate tonight on the menu. Weve got a couple of pork loin slices marinating in some plain yoghurt with some lemon juice and garlic slices.

Ill be steaming up some of our yellow beans from the garden and finishing in the pan with some butter. And maybe core a couple of apples and slice and saute them in a pan with some cider and oil to go with the pork.

Then probably some cottage fried potatoes in the air fryer.

My wife picked up some more fresh corn so Im on shucking duty to prep it for the freezer.

280+ years in the sand....galleon spike !! Always a good sign your close. I have a piece of iron that a coin was stuck to...it has a cast where the coin was stuck. Did not find the coin though !! I'm sure it was another pillars and globes.....1732 or 33 !! I was a bit early.....needs another day or 2 of offshore winds. It is looking great !! Hope the tide comes all the way up and groom this sand out. Lots of coins to go through and I got a crematory tag. Got a weird lead frog too ? I got no idea what the heck it originally was though !! it was beautiful and it only rained on me once !! Lots of sun believe it or not !! C'mon mother nature....get to work and leave me a treat !! What's nice is if one spot is changing like this than most other spots will be better too !! Wooo hooo !! I'll have sweet dreams tonight...I'm tired !!

I cant believe we didn't even get any rain !! A couple showers here and there. Glad it fizzled out !! It's not even raining in Lauderdale and it's right offshore !
