Season "3" of Curse of Oak Island

WOW, The Lost Dutchman Mine and the DOC Noss Treasure, One In the same, Located In the waters off of Oak Island, Who Knew!, WOW,:dontknow::coffee2::laughing7:NP:cat:

Ok...just watched this weeks episode..

Drilled a core sample hole, found a void...didnt move over and try another test hole...just moved on

Side scanning sonar finds anomalies in the cove area, two pro divers on board the boat, no one dives...BUT, the triangle anomaly points 'exactly' to the money pit, which no one knows exactly where it is we have been told before...and also to the stone triangle on land, that has been gone since the 60's...??????

Brought in an even bigger backhoe to dig down 6 foot...find nothing

They believe the swamp may be manmade... there may be a wooden wall...Duh! there is a road they are standing on looking at the swamp that cuts off the low area from the sea, which you can see in any island pictures is the low drainage part of the island so would naturally become a swamp with the roadway in the way. The roadway was installed where it is because they didnt want to go inland 300 to 500 feet to go around this natural low area, cheaper to just fill in and go straight, even if it does make a swampy area.

Yep..I am pretty well done watching this bogus show

I cought a few marathon episodes this weekend. It was beyond stupid. How are they up to three seasons with nothing going on?

After every commercial, they recap the show each time.

Well, they drilled a hole into a natural void (note the difference in the core sample). They just drilled into a soluble rock layer. Then they find a "mysterious" (Ohhhhh....) rock in the water. I think they would find mystery in the bottom of an empty Mason jar. Then they dig up the island some more. Other than getting the chance to see "other technologies" being employed, the show is a buffoonerous joke. Broken down, it is 75% repetition, 20% stale conversation, and 5% inert material.

Amigo's:coffee2: Another week, another week of stupidity!,I was always wondering what show would take the place of the 3 stooges, next week they will discover how bad their check book is looking?
They may find the balance water logged.:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:NP:cat:

The show is now being named "Joke Island "....Sorry couldn't help myself...:BangHead:

The fact that the series is watched, appreciated and likely believed by so many Americans probably does not bode well for our nation. But, hey - just another brick in the wall.

That's what they want you to think ;) I for one really don't care if they find any treasure. It's just cool watching since I read a book about it as a kid in the seventies. I can only watch it on dvr though since I have to fast forward past all the war room meetings, silly theories and rehashing of past shows.

That only leaves the commercials ......

For all of you guys who think Marty is stupid, he is building one of the grandest wineries I have ever seen, and this in an area with many magnificent wineries. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and received his Juris Doctorate degree with honor from the University of Michigan. If only I could be so stupid, LOL.

Cheers, Loki

This new information just proves how fake and contrived this show is! FYI, NP wasn't calling Marty stupid, he was calling this ridiculous show stupid.

I did think he was, with the three stooges remark, but lets wait and see what Not Peralta says, and I wasn't only referring to him anyhow. I agree with you though that the producers seem to have some problems, but the producers are interested in one thing, right? Generally speaking the show is a very good sell nationally. I myself seldom watch the show but I do wonder why anybody who thinks like you do would waste their time with it.

How many holes will this ship develop before it sinks. Whoever is investing in this mess needs there heads examined.

Ah yes, the good old "why do you watch if you don't agree" argument. It's a deadly combination of boredom and waiting to see just how stupid this show can really get. I was on board when it started but it quickly became obvious that it was just more tv garbage. But unlike much of the other garbage on tv, at least this doesn't involve moral degenerates getting drunk and having sex with everyone they see, so I can watch it with my son and we can laugh at the stupidity together.

Despite us having a good chuckle out of this series, one reason I continue to watch is that I do like the people on it. The Laginas are nice, Dan Blankenship is a cool old dude... and the technology that is showcased is interesting.

It's the production company that's making a mockery out of it all. I wonder if the Laginas ever watched the "what if..." show, you know...
Ancient Aliens. I wonder if they knew it was the same production outfit ?
