That some spooky stuff that you have share..... I believe that treasure dose have spirit, even thou I haven't EXPERIENCE moment like that but I heard lot of stories from old folks where they have the same EXPERIENCES or know some one that have the same EXPERIENCE. There was stories that was told that the founder have kept the treasure got ready sick, had bad dreams and had went back and put the treasure back where was found. I have heard good and happy stories too where the spirit came to the founder's dream and tell where the treasure is.... in my culture we believe that treasure that have spirit that wont leave their treasure will be reborn will come back to dig their treasure up....

Hey, fatty85; Interesting thoughts on your culture and beliefs,
thanks for your input, we look forward to more stories if you like... :cross:

Howdy fatty85,

Welcome to TreasureNet, and welcome to our fire. Lately we have just been drinking spirits, which I really don't mind, hic. Coffee? :coffee2::coffee2:anyone else? :coffee2::coffee2::coffee2::coffee2::coffee2: That was my place upwind of Don Jose, but go ahead, I'm starting to get a little used it, and sides, he bathed a few days ago.:laughing7: And these guys wonder where everyone went?:BangHead: Hey Don Jose, remember that story you told us about the giant serpent you encountered in the river? It was just coming up for air, can't blame it.

fatty, I believe every culture has spirits connected with treasure, it would be nice to know what different beliefs they all have from ours. Yours sounds good, you can't take it with you, but you can come back for it.:hello2:

Homar (full of black spirits that :cross: has been pouring us.)

Howdy :cross:,

I have been waiting patiently for a good treasure/spirit story, good thing fatty showed up. Me, I am all out of those, or maybe I just can't recall any more.:dontknow:

I'll tell you about some guardian angel incidents that are not treasure related.

My Dad would always tell us about the time he, and one of his sisters were playing outside when they were children. I forget exactly what they were climbing on next to the house, when they both heard their Gran Ma Ma warn them from the open window just above, "you're gona fall down". They went into the house to meet her, but she was not there. Their Mom was working in the kitchen, and told them she was the only one inside.

My Mom would tell us about her Gran Pa Pa who was out cutting mesquite fence posts one day. While he was walking looking at the trees for a good post, he clearly heard his name called behind him "Feliciano". He stopped, and turned seeing no one, he stood there wondering if he was going crazy, when he saw just in front of him a large coiled Rattlesnake.

Hey Reb, thanks for the book, can't wait to try the Goodyear-ling tender strips.

Homar

Them 2 dillers would'a made fer a real tasty (finger lickin')
Ozark Mountain Pit BBQ... :laughing9: :cross:

Is there any reale treasures after life, spirit life after flesh?
Do reale spirits guard, or watch treasures? If so, what can they
do to you, if you're trying to recover them?

Maybe they will try to scare or discourage you, even through others,
or, by other means? Then, can you possibly figure out how to win
them over, and successfully get the goods in your possession...

There were the people "Marauders" that resisted the supposed "Republican" vigilantes, supposedly including "Democrats." The people riding through in conflict possibly such as the notorious James-Younger gang included, but the locals apparently also had enough power to keep them from taking the area over for their purposes...

Or did they? Crosse :cross:

Howdy Rebel,
Were there KGC/OAK operatives in that area of Taney,
and Stone Counties, that became Branson and the
surrounding communities, before, during, after
the Civil War? Thanks,:cross:

NOT organized as KGC, nor OAK; just gangs of OUTLAWS. MAYBE ex-KGC/CSA with focus on STATE(S) RIGHTS. COMPLEX... Missouri was FREE State; then part of the WESTERN "movement" by OAK "Robber Barons", aiming for the Pacific!
