Whats on the menu tonight?

Bagel dogs.......I dipped mine in grey poupon, horshradish......did not work.:laughing7:
Noone was in the mood to cook. me wife, kid...cat, or the staffie.
Like I would let the dog cook!............heh:laughing7:

Hell Viking.... pick something off of my kitchen menu above. I'll send it to ya some night. 1, 2 or 3 day delivery just don't worry about it.... you'll never notice the difference. :laughing7:

Simple and healthy tonight.....mixed veggies, broccoli, green pepper, onion, fresh green beans, carrots, fresh chopped garlic....stir-fried with hot chili oil, soy sauce and terriaki sauce....served over rice with a cold Sam Adams......Gary

Chicken enchiladas. In an hour or 2.....Wife makes them, and they are great!
I think pics will be provided....

We used to have one of the 'Road Kill' menus. Never framed it. I think it's packed in a box out in the storage unit. We have a café just east of here, oh, about 50 miles or so. It's referred to as the 'Road Kill Cafe'. I've not made it there yet. My daughter and her husband went there about a month ago. I don't remember what the café is really named.

RC, my grandmother used to can sucker's that we snatched in the cold streams of early spring....she would make fish patties from them, and since all the small bones had dissolved in the canning process they didn't cause any problems...she always served them with the bottomless pot of beans she had on the wood stove.....both ate very well cold on sandwiches...cold bean sandwiches remain a favorite of mine to this day....Gary

Those look great...I love black olives.

Nothing fancy tonight...tacos.

Mexican food is one of my favorite cuisines, those look yummy Viking. This is the best thread ever. I'm giving myself a break from cooking tonight and making a big salad and picking up a pizza at Papa Murphy's this afternoon. We have been metal detecting nearly every single day this week so I have been preparing our dinner early in the day so I won't have the hassle when we get home. Busy day today, birthday celebration for a friend at my moms house, swimming, imbibing a little and then meeting the mister nearby to hopefully at least dig a few bullets and no telling what else. Everyone have a great day!

Got tired of the "Road Kill Café Menu".... and "Demanded" something else tonight (I AM the boss... kinda).

Fried pork chops with gravy, REAL mashed taters and last of the corn on cobb here.

Brad, admit it, before long you will be salivating for another"smear of deer"and a side of 'possum rollover8-)

Big o bacon cheese(american and provolone) burgers on the grill with fried potatoes and onions ,baked beans. Inhaled coffee and got the dogs fired up by my gasping for air. L.o.l.. Cheap entertainment I guess.

Next weeks menu. Halibut! and/or salmon! Brother in law, his wife and 2 sons, flew to Anchorage, Alaska, and caught 99 fish! Charter boat of course. Each was allowed to bring back 50 Lbs...... I can't wait........

OK.... Anything "dead wrapped in bread" tonight. Now that I think about it I guess I do like all my meat dead. Like Viking... I'm not much into bread either. I gotta regroup.... :tongue3:

Subsitute a hot pepper sauce for the bread....now you have a meal!,,,,,tonight will but some dogs on the grill and serve with fries and some homemade habanero relish!!! It's a little warm, but have cut the heat by processing them with some cucumber and celery......and tonights choice of libatione is a cold Long Trail Ale( have a variety of beer left from our fish fry).....Gary
