Whats on the menu tonight?

Chicken stew in the pot roaster. Will be dun in 3 hours for a late dinner tonite. It has onions, potatoes,mushrooms, French cut string beans, chicken gravy to add moisture to the 6 chicken breasts. OH and I always through in a can of chicken noodle soup. Well, it tastes good!

Grilled rib eyes with cucumber/radish salad and onion mashed potatos.......put sliced onions and butter in pan and cook until the onions and butter turn a gravy color brown- add to this mixture the already boiled 'tators, and mash ....serve hot. These are excellent and usually cooked with fried perch, and tonight I added some left-over sliced wild mushrooms......Gary

i just grilled some steaks with the jack Daniels marinade and some birdseye steamed vegs and pasta,got a i love you dad from both of em
 

Cripes I was fine with a slice of artisan bread till reading here. Left over chicken or left over grilled meatloaf type patties hollering now.
 

Tacos with deer burger so they are not greasy
 

Fried potato sandwich tonight.
 

Keeping it simple tonight, have a lot of local blueberries to use up.....blueberry pancakes with maple sausage and cold iced tea...often love breakfast at dinner time as I don't take the time to eat in the morning...cup of coffee and a power bar, and start the day......Gary
 

Layered fatata.....bermuda onion,scallion,garlic,broccoli,asparagus,cherokee purple matters,portabella mushrooms,fried country ham,extremely sharp cheddar,swiss,fresh ground nutmeg,FRESH eggs.

Of course the Wife made it,couldn't help but take a pic...........................tell ya the taste later.

what kind? Chanterelles, black trumpet? I love hunting wild mushrooms. There's about 10 kinds that I'm confident in identifying as edible.

Shrimp Scampi, yum good. I must say this post went well. Looks like Reds "Cocktails tonight " is gone?
