Visibility was terrible, so shots are not of National Geographic quality!
First two pics are of stern from different angles. Remainder are random shots of various parts of vessel. There's an aluminum boat on top of her (second pic). See shot of its bow.
She's pretty near bang on 100 feet long by 20 feet. She lays on a north-south axis; stern to the north.
My feeling is she was scuttled intentionally as I only saw one fitting left on her (last pic). My guess is the remainder were removed and reused.
Thanks for letting us use your lake
I have my own wreck right in front of my home, (everyone needs to have one). She lies in 12ft of water.
Last evening we had a boomer of a storm come through. We got quarter size hail, 60 mph gusts, and lightning strikes VERY close by. One strike even knocked our power out for a few seconds after it hit (I guess) a nearby pole.
Looks like you have a bit of lawn to mow.
Knew this couple that did 20+ acres of lawn.I did. I've got some younger guys helping me now. Our summers are beginning to get a little much for me now. I keep about 5 acres cut but not all trimmed.
A young artist draws Rome from memory.
I have the ability to remember to take the garbage out of the house.
Amazing memory that guy has.
Thanks for the post up Bill.
Wow....I just got soaked !! Got to the marina right as it started to rain. No problem I'll just hang in the truck until it stops. I look at the boat 100 yards away and I can see the engine room door open !! 100 yards to boat...set up ladder...get up and in close door and get out....100 yards back to truck. My underwear and even my wallet was wet.
