I don't mind getting soaked to the bone in the dead of summer, but after a while if the temperature drops and a breeze sets in, it gets a might bit uncomfortable.

Well I don't like the feeling when my shorts are wet.
I think I will be putting this on my application form when I get to the retirement home.
Now the way it goes for the dry shorts that probably be an extra $5K a month.

Tonight on the menu cannellonis stuffed with ricotta cheese and swiss chard with a tomato sauce and a side salad from the garden.

To get a jump on things I cooked up some black beans and made a main course salad for tomorrow night. Added some diced cucumber, bell peppers and some green onions and chives from the garden as well as some chopped up chicken we had left over.

Tonight on the menu cannellonis stuffed with ricotta cheese ...

For breakfast try Ricotta cornbread dollar hotcakes:
1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
Beat into batter, coat frying pan with cooking spray, and cook in silver dollar size pancakes.
Serve with syrup of choice ( Southern pure cane, maple, agave, honey, etc) along with sausage links and bacon.
