Bill, I have one to put in your win column.

I had to grab staples from the pantry to fix a meal up while we were up at our trailer. I grabbed elbow macaroni, a jar of alfredo sauce, and 4 cans of chicken, and a a can of sweet corn for the side. I was going to add the corn to the dish, but I didn't know how well that would go over with the MR. He ended up mixing it as we ate. It was not bad for an isolation meal. Here's the win. The next day, I needed to add more mac to it so we would have enough for lunch. I also got the guts up to spice it up a little. I added a little of each: garlic salt, ground peppercorn, basil, oregano, and parsley flakes. It was delish! I will be making that one on purpose now. Thanks for the encouragement. :notworthy:

Thank you for the video, also. As I watched that, I thought, "I could use that instead of the garlic salt." I have garlic mustard all over this farm. Good to know it's edible and how to use it! :hello2:

There is an old trick the Indians used to hunt bears.

They would dig a large hole in the ground, and burn wood in it to create a layer of ashes. Then they would place little peas all around the hole. And when the bear went to take a pea, they would shoot 'im in the ash-hole. :)... :-/

Good morning.

Had a gobbler on the roost 50 yards away from us, gobbling to every call we made. Then he flew down the opposite way, and never came back. :p

Ya have to be careful what you say. Probably insulted him. ;)
