Check this. We were on our way home from Lake Erie and stopped at a Wendy’s. They were out of beef. So naturally as we pulled away I looked at hubby and said, “Where’s the beef?” Gonna be a meme on that one I bet. The system is messed up.

The food chain is stretched to the max these days with this virus thingy. We'll be growing more stuff in our garden and I'll be doing more foraging.

Just found a nice sized patch of garlic mustard that I'll probably pick from tomorrow and be making some pesto with it.

I like the chicken sandwich better there anyway. Just me. Seriously, the beef deal would be something down the road. Hope not.

That's a couple of cases recently I've come across about meat shortages courtesy of the virus outbreak. Luckily we've been heading more towards vegetarian/vegan style eating so I'm ok if meat's a bit limited.

That was a nice way of putting it. Looks like we’re going to get some shortages of beef in areas. Personally we like fish and chicken better and there is no shortage of either here. The media is driving a lot of this. I think we’ll be fine over the long haul.
 

Yep WD ya’ll were banned for hang’n out with me, the kerfunkle creator.
There maybe lots of beef aboard ship, and I’ll be right in the middle of it.
So if they ask, “where’s the beef?” ....beeb is in the rum room, aboard ship. Highest bidder!

....ok my key board just went from white to grey, last time it did that we crashed, so I’m just gonna tip..toe.. to the rum room and hide in my hammock. I won’t be touching anything belonging to the e-world.:icon_shaking2::tongue7:
