Evaporators are often used to concentrate a solution. An example is the climbing/falling film plate evaporator, which is used to make condensed milk. Similarly, reduction (cooking) is a process of evaporating liquids from a solution to produce a "reduced" food product, such as wine reduction.

I will venture a guess.... syrup?

These corellas were at the local park yesterday when I went for a walk.
Screenshots from a video I took. Very destructive and noisy. There were hundreds more than in the pictures. Im not a fan of them to be honest because of their destructive nature and annoying screeching calls. They are a spectacle though when in numbers flying and circling.
