Typically the forecast is not quite right.
Last weekend they nailed it, as there's still 100,000 without power.
Better than a 1,000,000 I think. Just talking with some people yesterday. They're 10 minutes away from me, no power since last Saturday. 😢
Rain forecast but it looks like most is being pushed south of the lakes.
Still doing the sap/maple sugar thing.
If I listed the things that haven't gone the way they should have one might believe it's an actual 💩 show.
Had a real issue 2 days ago, but looking at the end result I have 1/4 bucket of fudge instead of maple syrup. 🤣
The 4hrs of cleaning up a burnt pan wasn't a good thing 😕
Well another day of finishing the sap, then I might put it to rest. Trees are starting to bud, syrup is darker but so tasty 😋.
