Yesterday was once again busy.
No sap dripping so that was one less task.
I have enough syrup now, 11 qrt. yesterday.
I pulled the taps, washed up all the pails, spirals, lids, stainless tables.
I'll finish cleaning the pans and the finishing unit today.
Take the pressure washer up and give the sugar shack a good spray down.
