Cool.
I have some of my late fathers stuff but unfortunately some went missing after he died.
Below are Devons. They were very popular in the 50s to 70s. You would have a left hand spin one, several casts and swap to the right hand spin to keep the line from twisting.

Some old spinners. Left side one and the far right one were made in Japan.

The famous wonder wobbler in gold.

I got him this Japanese fly box yrs ago and now and then my wife and add to it.
He didn't fly fish the usual way. He would use a spinning reel outfit with mono and attach the fly with a tiny split shot several inches above it then drift it from the shallow rapids of small streams down to the waiting trout letting the current take it along. Just enough weight to take it under but not enough to stop it. He was a very good fisherman.

Also in the Goodwill box were my favorites ling cod jigs, lead head we call them. You can put anything on these lead heads... glowing bait, scented different colors etc. Ling cod like kelp beds so heavy line and..... Pull!!!! Pull!!!

Good morning, all. Happy Monday.

We had both the male and female bluebird checking out the house yesterday. Here they both are, at similar camera angle, to show the different coloration. Male on the left, female on the right.
