I located a jazzed up version of Leon Payne's classic "killer tune" It's nothing to me played by classic country star Sanford Clark.

Jim Reeves and another band, The Sadies also played this tune frequently.

Not sure why it won't embed.

Here is an unplugged cover, same song which was written in the late 40's

Hmm, not sure why one embeds and the other don't. :dontknow:

Annnnd I bid you goodnight... goodnight .... goooodnight.

Think I just got a promotion and a raise....we'll see real soon. Looks like a first officer's job on my bosses new boat. Been very busy last few weeks and it looks like were switching boats and upgrading to a 112 westport motor yacht.
about 10 years ago I worked on one as engineer so I'm excited were getting something I'm pretty comfortable with. I did 2 years on one like this....it was a great ride !! Hope this goes through.....I'm 90 percent sure at this point.

Black Bart, you are living the dream!

Bill, actually its not really a Holliday. I can take off whenever I want so long as I am working all the time. It's kind of complicated, details not available. Suffice it to say that l'm a sort of guinea pig.

But I fish every day.

Hmm, maybe I'm living the dream too....

:dontknow:

Okay then, I'm not going to post a clip cause the music sucks canned cabbage, but here are some lyrics from the band King Crimson to ponder.

The wall on which the prophets wrote is cracking at the seams
Upon the instruments of death the sunlight brightly gleams
When all the thoughts of men are filled with nightmares and with dreams
Will no one lay the laurel wreath when silence drowns the screams?

Between the iron gates of fate the seeds of time were sown
And watered by the deeds of those who know and who were known
knowledge is a deadly friend when no one sets the rules
the fate of all mankind I fear is in the hands of fools

Confusion will be my epitaph as I crawl a cracked and broken path
If we make it we can all sit back and laugh

But tomorrow I'll be crying, yes tomorrow I'll be crying

It is called Epitath. A song about what happens when Man forgets that Natural Law was carved in stone- Twice.

Here's my painted embossing. Easier to read now, isn't it? Don't worry, it comes off easily with nail polish remover.

Hey Rusty,..........

I have a trick that may come in handy one day.

It's for when you want engraving, or stamped text, on a dark piece,
to show up nice in a picture.

Like on a blued firearm,........

Fill what you want to show up with "Noxzema"

The contrast is excellent and clean up is almost nothing.

What's up with the black diamond question marks?
Can't use my tablet key board icons??
...or is it just me :icon_scratch:

It's not you, Beeps. It's a conspiracy. You cannot use the emojis/icons from your phone/tablet/ipad. You have to use the ones provided by the thread tool bar.
