We are going from the 70's for highs to the 40's in a couple of days. We're thinking an early Spring and a record hot summer again.

I love those kinds of summers. I HATE winter.

The only problem is when I'm detecting, digging or even just walking, it won't be long before I get heat exhaustion.

i was so excited i forgot to check the charge on the machine it was dead and i left the charger by accident

That's why I like batteries.

I like batteries too but my Deus is USB charged. The control unit, the coil and the US4
Headphones and that charge lasts as long as I can hunt in a day. Just for kicks I charge all before
a hunt.

Its been in the 80's in Central Florida, but a cold front is on its way.

There is one of those "connections box" on the side walk out front.
The couple of times I got new service, or some problem,.....

They go in the box, and give me a fresh line,.. some lines must be crossed.

The repair guy just left.

Back to normal,..... only took 9 days.

Speaking of ends, my time in Ft Myers ends tomorrow morn.

Caught a nice black grouper maybe 20" under a bridge today so i am having grouper for dinner. Not the one I caught, I wasn't sure if the season was open so I released it. On the way back to the rental I see a sign on the side of the road- "Black Grouper For Sale!". Hmm, I guess I I could have kept the one I threw back. Oh well.

Headed back north to Sarasota to see my Dad.
