Um.... minnows... compared to that! 😧
They are utterly awesome!
We only have a couple of good lakes, we call reservoirs, here. And just 2 rivers which are really streams. They are crazy big fish there! Off the charts for us here. My best trout which here people see and go "whoah" are minnows to those. I can only wish they grew that big here, but alas, my best is as best as they get.

My best is an 11 lb brown trout. I just tried to hunt the pic up but these are up to that my best..
7lb, guess as my scales bottomed out, wild trout from a lake that is known as having here in OZ possibly the last of the British wild released breeding stock here.

I just guess as I go by how much they bottom out time wise. Another.
But where I am they are not common. I use soft plastics and work them different ways.

I fish too for English Perch, we call them Redfin. Best we get is 5lb max. Caught a few that size, ill try n hunt up some pics. But love our native Yellowbelly. Great eating.
Heres one around 4 lb. Bigger are too fatty. Best to eat up to 5lb.

Looking forward to seeing that. I love fishing. Very dry where I am and am grateful for what I catch. Lived for 2 yrs in Yeppoon QLD. That was amazing fishing. But family tragedy brought us back.

I will. Pics will help the Charter business a lot. I just need more time. Building custom homes....1 for me, 1 for a client recording an album and racin' cars! I gots to get busy I'm getting old (56)

Tastes like?? We don't get those here. I will be taking the boat 2 hours north, Coos bay Oregon for work and oysters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First time I have ventured moe then a few miles at sea. Pacific gets nasty! I have found a captain (ex) to help/train me. It's tuff as I am not a people person... Why? most suck!!!! I don't deal well with dumb asses....

Ahem, your blurry eyes missed something me thinks. It was not Bart’s post that was cleaned. And he can be a tricksy little bugger, but I think it was an effort to get us to move on from the mis hap on 2/19 that originally caused the loss of a couple crewmen , who I think fondly of, and truth be told, it was not just one person to blame in my opinion. Really don’t want to blame anyone for it’s stressful times for everyone and it’s quite evident we’re all reaching our breaking point.
And “harassing women “.was his downfall? Really? I feel jilted.
