Good morning all, hoping you all have a wonderful day. Wasn't around yesterday because it was a busy day. San Francisco was a bit of a disappointment. Got to see Alcatraz which was an alright experience. While after that was eh ended up doing nothing more because parking was impossible and had enough after some weird guy came up to my window of the car as we were at a light and I didn't take too kindly to that. Ended up having more fun stopping at another bigger town and checking at their BevMo and other stores that were much bigger than my small towns.

Nope....I've looked....did see a video of it once, so I know its for real !!
I never saw it either BB, but I watch every sunset when I'm down there just in case.

PhipsFolly got a photo of it. I think he set the camera to continuously shoot.

No way dude....you better get with me and we'll V.I.P. your arse around !! Plenty good spots...ill take you to a paradise spot !!
Hey what about me? Do I get the VIP treatment next time I'm down there?

Cooks ham .87 cents a pound!!! I bought more then 1.......:headbang:

Standing rib roast for Christmas.

We tried this last year and it was perfection!!
With an oven temperature of 500 degrees F, all you have to do to determine the cooking time is multiply the weight of your roast by five and round to the nearest minute. So this means a 4 pound roast will take 20 minutes (4x5=20), a 6.25 pound roast will take 31 minutes (6.25x5=31.25), and so on. Keep in mind that you'll need to let the roast come to room temperature for at least 4 hours prior to cooking.

Turn the oven off and, leaving the roast in the oven with the door closed, let the roast sit in the oven for 2 hours. The roast will continue to cook during this time. Once 2 hours are up, remove roast from the oven, slice, and serve.

Now we have a wall oven so it has a fan, runs to col it down. Luckily I said to my wife and daughter... I suppose the cats heard me too, but they halve a short attention span...
Wait if the fan is running the oven will not hold the temp!!:BangHead: Breaker off!!

Mornin all.

W.D. did you sing when presenting that wheel?
L.o.l.
Nice work you did on it.

lol I don’t think I would have sung that song. That would have been weird to sing to my daughter.

Hootie! We do love Darius! I was watching the video and said, “Hey! Is that Uncle Si?” I was about to ask and then I seen more of the Robertson’s. I am mighty fond of them Robertson peeps. Thank you, releventchair for the video and the Attagirl.

I love her voice.

I feel for Iggy... he is left handed!! I convert right handed guitars to left when able, cutaways and such stop a few f those. Change the bridge and nut and badda bing! I have even moved the knobs and switches. PIA.

OV,

Sounds like a good recipe....don't know about your oven, however, ours has both the fan(convection) and no fan option.
I thought ours was a convection, I did not know when it is up off the floor it has nowhere to vent. I guess a regular stove/oven vents out the back or bottom?

I don’t like big cities. I would have freaked out if it happened to me. I don’t blame you for having enough.

I'm not a fan of big cities either. Most of California's big cities have gotten way terrible I avoid them even more these days. Though also I've lived in the country my whole life so city life is odd to me and not my forte.
