It was then....(4) F-18s(in 2x2s) did a flyby . Probably from Oceania air base in V.Beach. By the time my camera woke up they were gone .

Don't know if you can see them but the Mt.has 2 Military radar towers on the tallest peaks(5 miles apart) . The Mt. is 2,000 tall and the Fighters
have to fly in under the radar and do practice(electronic) bombing runs on the (Dam located in the far left of this pix.)Pretty cool stuff ! I've been out on the lake when they are no more than 300Ft. above the lake doing 500 MPH .Before the 1st Gulf War
They had a C-130 make a couple runs.Now THAT'S something to see ! ✈️✈️

I hit one in 2012 slid on ice and $6K later.
Had to get a farmer to put it down.
The MNR estimated there was 650 deer on the island.
Some record racks came off there.
2x8 mile Island.

I hit one in an oldsmoble delta 88 in South Carolina....

The deer was down when i got out... front end is done... radiator / grill was smashed in and spewing.

I approached the deer and it appeared to be gone... i bent down to see and POW it was up and gone.

Scared the crap outta me.
