That's a big problem. I been thinking it over and I have come to the logical and reasonable conclusion that both the cops and the politicians are entirely responsible for creating the conditions which required the outcome of pirates tossing jetsam and make a big $#!+ pile of floatsam in your marina.

Here's how that works. The matter of whether or not the weed is moral is irrelevant to the fact that the littering pirates wouldn't have jetesoned the reefer had not they been coerced by polititians armed with cops. And don't think that I am advocating flushing your brains down the toilet smoking reefer, because I am not.

I beleive the pirates, the cops, and the politicians should all just shake hands and clean up their dam mess- and on their own time. Leave the rest of us out of it.
