good mornig people...hope all is well. Blowing gale force here in long Island bahamas. I did 5 miles of beachcombing the high dunes and bluffs yesterday. Found many treasures but no ambergris !! Might put the coil to soil today or continue the ambergris hunt. Was told by a local captain about some 1, and 2 reales on an isolated beach...but its a long swim or a short boat ride.....neither of which I can do at the moment. Ill get with sads669 and see if he can get me on some hot ground. Seems an islander found some big Portuguese gold coins a few years back. Not privy to the exact location though. Who knows...I may hit the bush or old salt pans for bottles...one thing is certain, I won't be resting this day off !!
