Scrolled through the past inventory of sales. Amazing vehicles that are up for sale.
I drove the vehicles from the OK Corral at what is now the ADESA Phoenix auctions back in the early 80's.
They pushed through 1000-1200 cars through on sales day.
My job was drive the classics up to the staging area then drive them back and grab another.
The worse vehicle was a DeLorean that I had to back up as they changed the staging lane on me so to get more exposure.
I looked in the mirrors and saw blue ski. If I ever had the chance I would love to ask the prof. on how he found climbing in and out of that car in Back to the future.

Good morning pirates and piratesses.

Today is the day!
Congratulations WD no more having to do the do.
I hope you have a great day today and that it's an easy task day.

You deserve to have a taste of the Captain's special reserve that he has been hiding from the crew.:occasion14:

One of the best was a 1956 Oldsmobile Royal. Plastic was still on the seats, it was like so new, yet old.
If I remember correctly the car only had 1100-1200 miles on it. Still remember the big chrome air breather all shiny like in showroom condition.
Strange as it is that one really made an impression on me, nothing special to many, but purely a classic.

Maple Syrup=$20 Qrt
Birch = $50-60
Walnut = $90-110 It what high end chefs want to use in the recipes.

Birch, yes, I think it was birch we were all talking about tapping. That’s what it was. Maybe next year we will get back to it.

GMorn everbody, lots of topics, somehow I start from the end read a couple of pages... so I think Ethan’s $3 pickups sound like my style, do the need tires and rims or how we going to get them home, Barret-Jackson is fun to watch sometimes.
Last day, I bet not much production, wish I was close by, Im sure you can’t eat all the cupcakes.
That maple syrup stuff sounds fun... 350 gallon, $80 per, those are numbers that I think I could live with. The only decent trees here are western red cedars, most all the leafy trees had the tops broken out after freezing bad when they were just twigs.
OV.. I have warn out a few Panama tapes, sound track to the movie heavy metal, Run to the hills, Run for your life, sing along if you know anymore words.....the white man came, we gave him hell.... Teds great white buffalo...
I don’t even know any of ms.Beep particulars, tell us a story, I like to read them
I have a nice set of metal stamps if you need any more buff nickels “signed”
I made a pic of a micro burst from last summer, looked like a tornado to me, I’ll post at the pic place..
70 today snow tomorrow... Have a great day..

Wait till you hear one screaming bloody murder!
Why they do I'm not aware of. Other than to make my hair stand on end.
Around forty years ago on the old farm I rented I heard the most awful screaming out back.
Thought I had someone's cat in a trap or something. Though it sounded too loud to be a cat....
Went out with a flashlight and a baseball bat to check my traps and.....Nothing.
By then I was almost convinced something horrible had happened in the woods. And walked quietly and gingerly back towards the lights of home with my head on a swivel, just waiting for an attack. L.o.l..

When we first moved here, we were smokers. No smoking in the new house. My morning ritual was grab a cup of coffee, cigar and phone and go sit on the back porch. Sometimes I would hear this awful screaming. I always thought it was a rabbit getting killed. I ain’t going to lie, it would send me back into the house. Now I am not sure if it was a rabbit or a bobcat.

Sugar maples galore in NE Ohio... one city in Geauga even has a festival for it! I usually tap a few trees but I rarely boil it down, it's a lot of work and I'd rather just drink it!

Oh no! The festival is cancelled this year.

Yep! "Today" is the first day......of the rest of your life, milady. :occasion14:

BTB ....Forgive a knave's question...but why *must* there always be a delineation between male/female pirates? :icon_scratch:

YE hear dat, Cap'n? I deserve the reserve! :love10: :glasses12::-* :drunken_smilie:

It will make the 2nd year cancelled here. Huge economic loss for the producers and festival goers. The annual book sale to raise funds for fixing the town hall is a no-go! I sit with skids of 75+ boxes of cook/gardening/design/self help books in storage for the sale. Wasted space and 2 yrs of free storage-now another year it looks like.

Birch is a 60-1 ratio for the boil. Out west up in the Yukon stuff-birch no maple trees. Later run for the Birches, so the maple first-then the birch........You still have time..... since you have nothing else to do except go looking for little wild furry cats in the wilds. :laughing7:
Oh on that note:
