Boatlode,

Good luck trying to not be a sheep. We all pay taxes, follow laws that we may or not agree with, wear seat belts,

Pay our property taxes if we own homes if we don't want to lose them, pay alimony if we get divorced, stop at red lights or get fined and the list goes on and on. So globalist take over or not pray tell how do you avoid all of those strictures us sheep are stuck with.

Please fill us in on the secret.

QUOTE=Boatlode;6702760]That's exactly the attitude they are counting on.

I choose not to be a sheep.[/QUOTE]

Well, it is Random, doncha know.

You have the floor. What random topic would you like to throw out?

Good afternoon noon, BTW. [emoji1787]

I do....milady. The only thought I have is just how troubling depression can be...to cause thoughts like I had b4 posting that....:dontknow:

Just made some applesauce for my morning fruit ration. Then with the cores and peels I boiled them up and after siesta I'll be making some jelly with it.

Then the scraps go in the compost bin. I've got some orange and lemon peels which I'll be prepping to make candied peels with.

Lots of stuff we can do with bits and bites most people just toss out or compost.

WD,

Your humility is amazing.....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

Be very careful, sir!
Guard yon mouth and sarcasm with milady....else....

Sir WHADI, I have been hoping for the opportunity to come again and I do not wish to drop the ball this time. Please, Sir, go to this thread and check out some of the tunes. I know some have disappeared. A lot of these songs helped me through years of depression. I have been blessed with a major weight being lifted these past few months, but it is just a season. There are 3 types of people: those who are going through the storms of life, those who just came out of the storm (me), and those who are about to have the storm hit.

LOL we’re going to drive everyone nuts with this!

Pepperj, I was a grandma at 40, Mr WD was 39. I have 5. They are 3, 5, 7, 15 and 17. All will be celebrating birthdays beginning in April and ending in September.

Congrats, milady!

BTB....I have 4 great grandkids now. :tongue3:

Wow! A whole team one can say.
Nope for us-Never really wanted and decided that one at 21yrs old.
I saw that I had a hard time taking care the reflection in the mirror-so why would I ever want to have that responsibility also.
I'm good and the same as the Mrs as she had decided it was a no well before we got together.
It is a lifelong commitment that was out of my league.
We have pets that's all, and they don't listen half the time either.:laughing7:

That decision, realization, (I can’t think of the right word) I do respect. I never really gave much thought to having kids. It just happened. And an intense, wild ride it is. It doesn’t stop when they turn 18. We don’t always play like we are on the same team. Grandkids are a blessing beyond measure. Makes it all worth it. All in all it was the path for us.

And there are some crappy houses... and some good houses fo sale on that river. :P~
All depends on where and which side of the St Johns.
There can be incredible old and new mansions next to a Jim Walters special, or a fly in community bordering a protected Native American mound south of Georgetown on the east bank.
In Mandarin, south of Jacksonville, where the Confederates sunk the Union riverboat MAPLELEAF with a mine made from a black powder filled barrel is very upscale and costly.

Just had a friend drop by, he said both dog and the cat are going in for surgery. $6K for the dog, the good news was the cat was 1/2 price at $3K.
It's their kids basically, and they are going for it.

Vet bills are outta control as well.
