Time to use up some of the turkey bones and carcass. To add some flavour to a stock take the bones, chunk up a couple of carrots, some celery and skin on onions. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 350f.
Then make your stock by adding water and simmering for 1 hour or so, cool down and strain either to use right away for soups, etc....or freeze for future use. Easy peasey!
