Are you guys familiar with the term catfish.....when the Chinese ship carp overseas they will put a couple catfish in the tank with the carp.....the catfish try to nibble the fins of the carp....this keeps the carp on the move and active, if no catfish are there the carp will lay there and die before the voyage is over.....well I'm the catfish in our fishing program. Always trying to convince the rest of the crew to get up and go somewhere. So my constant nibbling has got us booked for 5 days in key west. I have agitated so long to go to fort Jefferson in the dry tortugas that were finally going. Woooo hoooo. Going on an adventure. In 1622 the sister ship to atocha and Santa margaritas grounded in shallow water right off loggerhead key. This ship was called Rosario, and it was refloated. In order to save the people and ship much of the cargo was thrown overboard. Much of the wreckage still lay where it was thrown.....one of the truly amazing sites that Virtually no one knows about. So I shall return to the Rosario site with a knew gopro to film this amazing site. Im excited to say the least....its like visiting an old friend....been about 4 years since I was there.

Exciting! Looking forward to reading your adventures. Pics and videos most definitely! Safe travels to you and your crew.

Loved reading your 'catfish analogy' Bart! :laughing7:

Sounds like you’re going to have an amazing adventure too… nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Even if nothing pops up, you’ll always have the memory of spending time with friends. :occasion14:

Good morning guys. Sorry I haven't been on a lot. The power has been going off and on intermittently for a while now. I think it's back for good now.
Sorry to hear about your power outage troubles Ethan. :icon_scratch:

Hopefully your power stays on long enough for you to celebrate the New Year coming in.
Dave

Morning ANTI. bill. and RR

Morning Bill and Rook. :coffee2:

Time for a bowl of shredded wheat and another coffee. :laughing7:

Hope everyone has a great Monday!

Hope you have a great day too dave !!

Just had the plow/sanding truck go by-could of used the service a few days back-lazy bar-steds. It seems like they take a short cut and turn in the hamlet and conveniently forget the rest of the route.
Gee I guess it might be time to start thinking about getting some winter tires on, and the plow.:icon_scratch:
Then again the forecast is calling for windy/rainy periods till noon and above freezing temps.
Rain on Thursday and that will knock most of it down, no sense jumping the gun preparing-when procrastination is a skill set.:laughing7:

Good morning WD, ARC, Rook, Pepper, Bart, Bill, Anti, RR, WHADIFIND when ya check in, and the rest of our rascally crew.

Morning.........Got hooked on this show just finished watching 20 Hrs.(seasons 1,2,&3) of it (15 hrs if you fast forward the commercials). Now I wanna move :occasion14:

Bart I hope you find some awesome treasure, 5 days treasure hunting is a dream vacation.

RR I hope your power decides to stay on.

WHADIFIND, if they would just leave my devices alone and not mess with them, my OCD world would be a much happier place!
