Geez good to hear it was just Speedy terminating a rat.

We get a little shaken when Max goes off full on guard alarm bark. Summer is a bad time-windows open, he get a whiff of something-or hears a sound.
The annual mother racoon teaching the babies to fend for themselves-nothing worse than hearing the baby crying out to mommy in the other tree.

Topic of today Cats/Rats reminds me of Bencoolen Street Singapore in 1992
Walking down the alley way we'd see the large pans of daily offering put out for the gods/temple.
Around these large aluminum pans was cat/cat/rat/cat/rat/rat all eating the meal in harmony.
Note: The rats were the same size of the rats.

Starting to relax with all the cold , with it reducing the odds a spider don't sneak in and burgle in the dark....

Another season of no acorn crop. Have not heard any skinny mice running around in the attic , yet.
Or bats. Neighbors evicted theirs and a couple came over here. But it's been quiet for quite a while.
