Yep got to be flexible in life.... back in 1996 when we were going through a major reorg at work people asked me if I was worried.
My answer was simple if they don't appreciate my efforts give me a buyout and turf me out. I bagged groceries as my first paying job starting out and I can do it again to put food on the table.....

Here's an Italian meat sauce recipe notice the smart use of a cheap cut of beef to roast it and tenderize it in the sauce.
A coworker friend of mine with an Italian background used to do his as a straight tomato sauce and added chicken legs and short ribs to the sauce to tenderize them. They got scooped out at the end and eaten separately.

Actually tonight we're having some vegetarian chilli using lentils as the meat substitute and I'll prepare some home made garlic bread on the side.
Hope you back a trailer better than I do.
I'm about as good as this guy.
Oh , and I've dumped a boat on a ramp before too...
So , if we both get interviewed , you might stand a chance...
