I'm tellin' ya, whoever get's those bucks this year (maybe) will be one happy camper indeed. If I had my best guess, the one already scored 150, and he still has while to grow.

I believe I'm unfamiliar with the human race in general. :laughing7:

I have a herd that lives on the property. Ruled by the buck it seems, lots of deer pellets are a common sight during the winter months.
This last winter I was out for a long play/walk with Max and we come upon where they hang out on top of a ridge, I seriously though we had a horse among the group looking at evidence left behind.

I got a good look at him going back 3 maybe 4 yrs ago, and he had a nice set.
Saw proof again that he's still alive and well inside the old coral area in the wood chips this past week.
His print is the length of my palm, and deep compared to the smaller set that was with it.
Need to put up some cameras this year-I like rubbing it in to a jealous guy down the lake from me as I allow no hunting on the property. I usually just take a picture of the prints left:laughing7:

Morning Bill
How did the jelly turn out this past weekend?
I missed yesterdays picking so it's a must do this morning thing.
Looked last night at a couple of patches and there should be a good return if no night critters/early birds beat me to the patches.

Jim,

Great load of jelly I brought 4 jars to my buddies at the pub yesterday. The red currant harvest is around 20 lbs so far and we'll probably top the 28 lbs we had last year.

Good morning everyone. :hello:

Morning bart,Bill, RR

Dave took a vacation day?

I think he might really be on vacation.

Yeah
I remembered after I posted

Savor those crick walks!
Were the bachelor group of bucks getting away from annoying bugs?
Speaking of bachelors.....
Maybe you should act like wimmin are hunt clients? No him/her stuff , just civility and getting along. Nice to meet you. Pulse below full blown adrenaline stage.
(Now watch , you'll be engaged in a week. l.o.l..)

Lol! I read "chick" walks.

Morning WD.....that was a mighty nice fish your man got !! That's why you should always be thankful for MR. WD !! He will keep you fed through the longest winters !! Halibut is one of my favorites !!
