.... Yes...Fantasies...related to The Oak Island Mysteries!....

Sure. I get that. We can all "fantasize" . And then ... as the post title also suggests, we can then subsequently weigh the notions in the balance of "truth" . Ie.: the merits or demerits of their content of logic, likeliness of occurrence, etc....

Robot, some people argue to hear themselves argue. All the skeptics can do here, is try to discredit the presenter of theories or evidence.

Is The Tomb Of Sir Francis Bacon Going To Be Revealed By... A New Star?

Tomb of Illumination.jpg
400 Years ago a Tomb was revealed with the body of Christian Rosenkruz buried within.

Rosenkruz was the founder of the Fraternity of the Rose Cross, later known as the Rosicrucian’s.

Sir Francis Bacon died 1626 and his desire for burial may have been the replication of the Rosenkreuz’s entombment.

The arrival of the soon to be visible Star “Boom Star” in 2022, locating under the wing of Cygnus, will form a Transit, pointing to the location of where Francis Bacon’s Tomb is speculated to be on Oak Island.

It is “Strange” this Star is arriving nearly 400 years after Bacon’s death and may shine a light revealing the location of his Tomb!

"According to legend, Christian Rosenkreuz was a doctor who discovered and learned esoteric wisdom on a pilgrimage to the Middle East among Turkish, Arab and Persian sages, possibly Sufi or Zoroastrian masters, supposedly in the early 15th century (see section below on Symbolism); returned and founded the "Fraternity of the Rose Cross" with himself (Frater C.R.C.) as Head of the Order. Under his direction a Temple, called Sanctus Spiritus, or "The House of the Holy Spirit", was built."

"It is described his body was discovered by a Brother of the Order, in a perfect state of preservation, as Rosenkreuz had predicted —, in a 7 sided heptagonal chamber erected by himself as a storehouse of knowledge.
Rosenkreuz's crypt, according to the description presented in the legend, was located in the interior of the Earth, recalling the alchemical motto V.I.T.R.I.O.L.: Visita Interiora Terrae Rectificando Invenies Occultum Lapidem ["Visit the interior of the Earth; by rectification thou shalt find the hidden stone."].

.... to hear themselves argue....

Uhhh, ok. So if someone has a differing opinion than oneself, then it's not that there might be *merit* to the data/insights. It's only that they "like to argue". Got it.

And ... of course....... this formula of definitions only works one way. Ie.: the person who disagrees with you, just "likes to argue". But if you disagree with THEM, then ...... well ...... it's just because your position is the correct one. Got it. :)

RIP Dan

Perhaps with Dan realizing that he had fewer years ahead than behind, that’s why he admitted a couple of years ago that there was nothing on oak island in one of the war room meetings...

I saw that episode but don't remember his exact words, but I doubt it was worded the way your trying to say. I can see him saying nothing has been found that he knows of, or we have not found anything, and or, that so far nothing has been found.. Treasure wise...

Dan...May You Find Your Treasure...In Heaven!

A Story I wrote about Dan...To me it Sums up The Treasure Hunter...Dan.

One day, a group of Reporters were following Dan Blankenship around on Oak Island.

Dan has been searching for the Treasure of Oak Island for some 50 Years.

They noticed that Dan had dug a shovel full of dirt on the Island and proceeded to dig another.

The Reporters started laughing and ridiculing Dan, had he not noticed how large Oak Island is and how long it would take to dig up the entire island.

Dan answered, Yes you are Right, but now I know there is no treasure in this shovel full of dirt".

Dan said to them “there is a whole lot of work needed to be done to find The Treasure of Oak Island, but only if you aim for nothing will you surely get… 100% Results".

You will be greatly missed on Oak Island!

Many theories abound as to what may have taken place at Smith's Cove.

Could the construction built there have been for an early Floating Dock, Floating Harbor or a Wet Dock?

These were docks built alongside a tidal waterway designed to maintain a 'constant' level, despite the changing tides.

A Floating Harbor is engineered similar to a Seaway's Lock System, like that of the Panama Canal...Recently Heavy Duty Hinge Found...Part of the Lock Door Assembly?

Robot, your Smith Cove theory is similar to the one proposed by George T. Bates back in the 1970s (1973 Interview with Bates). He thought Smith’s Cove had been a shipyard with dry docks at some point in the past.

Then if Dan didn't say "there's *no* treasure on O.I.", then we can logically conclude that there IS a treasure on O.I. :occasion14:

Just saying that Dan had not given up on there being treasure on the island. Only that they haven't found it...YET... Of course he believed it was there or why did he search for all these years. and yes I know that does not mean there is or was any treasure there..

Evidence?

If you don't believe, no evidence will suffice. And if you do believe, no evidence is necessary.

I'm paraphrasing someone else's words on this forum. They may eventually figure out how illogical this philosophy is. But this is for you, Charlie, you filthy skeptic.

When will they start selling pieces of wood from the show? I'm sure there are plenty of believers (suckers) that would buy a piece?
