Basic signs and symbols you have found

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

I made a point to make some time for me today,
I got to following an old mule trail just above the Crossbow site.
Here are some of the stone markers that lead away from crossbow...

The stone in the middle picture looks like an ordinary boulder until you realise it is propped....Bottom picture

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

Here is the perfect example of what I keep telling people.

watch for natural things in un-natural places or positions.

The first picture shows an outcropping formation of very dark stones.
The question is... Which is the marker?

All of the natually placed stones are on the ground where they belong.

Look at the second picture and see the marker.

Just too cool not to share.

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

OD!! This pic reminds me of a pic you posted once of a stone with a hole in the top of it,, that at the right time of the day, created Sun Signs,, beneath the opening!! But this is on a much larger scale!! Thanks, TD

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

Tony,
You are correct.
But not here.
That arch is a natural, and for me... a rare thing.

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

Rigmover,
don't let this one decieve you.
the circle isn't the sign.

the circle is the eye,
you have a head in profile,
the direction of travel is towards the top of the photo.

yeah, the treasure at this site had already been found, so iv been told. i went to take a pic of the calvary cross and stumbled upon it bout 50 feet from the cross in relation the cross is 50 ft or so in the direction of the top of the photo from the "eye", and the massive excavation is thirty feet beyond that. the "turtle" was a couple hundred yards beyond that all in a line head of the turtle pointing exactly in the same direction as the "eye "

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

this is the view from the turtle in the direction the head is pointing, with the calvary cross directly behind me and the carved face profile beyond that

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

What else is on this pannel?
There is more, LOL

The X with the line is only part.
There is a dot just under the line and another line part of which is to be seen at 5:00 to the X.
Do you have any shots that show more of this wall?

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

Here is another shark That has popped up about 1 1/4 miles away from the first one.
as true with many signs (I am sure this is connected to the first)
But have no clue what a shark means.

This one is on the other side of the site where the King's men set up camp to collect the 1/5th.
and so (has nothing to do with the king ) ...LMAO

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

Guru,

I guess it could,
This little canyon is full of stuff to boggle the mind.
I am just starting to explore the upper end of it.

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found

A single finger pointing to the next sign.
and the next sign, barely in sight.
but the trail becomes obvious .

The Spanish used to take the easiest route 99% of the time.
These routes were used by horses as well as mules.
Rarely does one find a route that's for foot traffic only.
When you do...
they are special and warrant a second, third and fourth look !!

this is all that remains of the panel, the rest was destroyed by vandals a couple years ago, previous to that there was a calvary cross at this location

Re: Basic Spanish signs and symbols you have found
