Welcome to the site! Please post an introduction thread.

HI all, brand new to the forum and the site. I'm now a permanent FL resident, by way of CA, NC, and Bali Indonesia.

Long story short, I bought a Tsoro SandShark 4 years ago because my wife and I were making a life change. I was diagnosed with MD a long time ago and at the time of the life change it had progressed to the point where it created a "use it now while you can" situation. When I received the detector, I greedily ripped it from its shipping box, scoured the instructions, strapped it on my arm, and figured out its too heavy for me to use. Deflated, it went on the shelf and has sat there until now.

So - I don't know if its appropriate (where are the forum rules?) or not, but I have a basically new SandShark. If you are interested, let me know.

And - does anyone know of a detector with wheels?

Hello everyone,

Became interested in the hobby back in the seventies. Life got in the way and I kind of sidetracked the hobby for a while. Retired last month and am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. Can anyone recommend a pin pointer? never used one but can see it would be a great help.

Thanks,

Joe

Hello; from California,,,been treasure hunting many moons on my own, i like the camp fires I guess, found many artifacts Petrocliffs, pictrographs, broken ingot mold, picked mines, carved tree stumps, painted sign's on rock. found sign's above ground and below ground. Mel fisher was a partner once, then he died 1998 before we could go to the media. Was on a great one then courts, cops,,,,pumped up a human hair from an unnatural cavern an 30 feet. Hired Geologists, confirmed, then the badges were everywhere. Free food ya know. untraceable, undocumented. i was allowed to go as far as drilling, kicked up cut pieces of wood, rocks with rope chafed sides, that's also where the 7 inch human hair came from, they denied me excavation. Excuse me I have to go get another shot of Tequila......nice to meet you all.
