Well bill....shes going back today to snorkel around. I'm trying to get minelab on the phone and they just keep ignoring me. They either have the best or worst service. For years there service sucked....then it was the best for a couple years....now they dont answer there phones or return your messages or even acknowledge that they even got your message. I'm looking at 4 machines 3 are broke and one is an antique that was very weak and anemic even when new !! All I want is my EQX fixed. Just got told that we are on hold till june 1st. We will not be allowed in the bahamas to recover our boat and treasure hunting equipment until then. I had the crappy little bounty hunter.....one small splash later and it was dead !! Now it's time to dive again and I have nothing. I'll have to go hunt with the BCC (bronze cannon corporation) boys and see what's going on with this TV show. We have (the three amigos) to dive. I'm not sure what the three amigos are but these magnetometer readings look promising !! I also have a half dozen spots in the lower keys to hunt but have no machine. I have done well eyeball searching my wrecker spot so it's either back there or out by kyak back to a bottle spot or 2. I'm starting to panic without any machines as the water warms up !! What a disaster this corona virus has been for my spring bahama hunts....I was just getting going with all that silver conglomerate over there. The lesson is dig as hard as you can when you can....you never know when you'll be able to get back and dig again. Bill I have to abandon some of the best sites in the bahamas and I'm not even sure when I'll get my equipment back.....I did have a bahamian friend recover my equipment and bring it back to his house for security purposes. This sucks...I'm dead in the water !!
