Good morning and yeah we have a pretty good stash of non perishables, rice, beans, lentils, pasta,etc as well as an overflowing freezer.

We should be good for awhile if need be.

Good morning one of my brother who suffered from ulcers was given a round of shots by his doctor which cleared them up. Turns out they're caused by virus or so the doctor told him.
