How Waffle House helps Southerners — and FEMA — judge a storm's severity

For some residents of storm-prone Southeastern states, the best indicator of a hurricane's severity can be found at the local Waffle House.

This maker doesn't put the notches in the rear of the blade for his use. As he probably shouldn't if it doesn't suit his culture..

I have at least one big throwing /fighting knife Dad made from leaf spring. A good material for bonking butts of log rounds.
