I built this 30 years ago when we bought the house. Small, but I my lot is small and I just keep yard stuff in it. I live on an island & most lots are small.

Shell diving !!View attachment 2163677
Not been as good as I would like....only like the big shells, but can't find anything but smalls. Need more big shells for the best dollar return. Shell buyer is disappointed in my production...😪
We’ll be there next Thursday to help!Good thing I get paid for the day of diving....I'd be starving if I just got paid from the shells !

Pepper... thats not a shed.Looks bigger for some reason.
Most be the green color.
By the time I got the insulated slab on grade poured it was $50k.
$18K to put up the building, and windows (walls/roof)
Materials to completion for a total $125K
So that gave me a 80' x 40' with a 16' inside clearance.
12' and 20' roll up doors.
A man door on either end.
9 windows.

It's thirty foot front to rear. Twentyfour wide.
About ten grand per each ten foot heading front to rear. About par for solid quality builds around here. (The crew involved did great on this one.)
Concrete is near ridiculous for some reason. It went up around 10% on bid in near a week last spring. I nixed a lean-to off the side in part due to that. (About a third more the total cost, above original budget.)
I built a 32x40x15’ addition to my old 24x24 garage. Well, mostly. Some soffit and trim to do yet. I mean shit it’s been 95% for about 2 years, who’s in a rush? lol.25' X 25". 12" door. I built it years ago when lumber/steel prices were much better.
