Good morning all.

Spent a while yesterday tracking down why the lawn mower wouldn't start. Turned out to be a safety relay. Big scary machine rendered useless by a tiny $7 relay. Easy fix once I figured it out.

Meanwhile, one of the turkeys came to the bird feeder and hung out for a while.

The Turkey is feeling a tad blue it seems. 🤣

Good on ya for figuring out the fix for the lawnmower.

We have bears, but their too wasted most of the time to be a concern.

Right… could this be one of urs.. i see Go … and rus… could it be In God We Trust?? Its 2cm across 🤔 xx
Yes, that's a US penny. The profile on the front is Abrham Lincoln. I couldn't really tell about the back, and can't read the date. Older pennies had a couple of wheat stalks on the back, while newer ones have the Lincoln Memorial.

Well enough.... the rest can blow away.... err.... well..... hope not anyway.

I think i will try my new invention....
Expanding foam cocoon.

Its a great idea... shock absorbing and floats.... perfect for hurricanes.

Easy assembly too...
Wrap yourself in Saran wrap and then insert straw from foam cans in various poked holes in Saran wrap mummy outfit..

Still in the prototyping phase though.... i have been stuck.... literally even.
One main problem is...
i cannot get the crap off.
OR even out of it for that matter.

Gotta get the emerging from the cocoon down to less than 2 days.
Sheesh even 24 hour removal would be better.

:P

I always wonder. Who decides it feels like....82 feels like 100.
Perhaps they employ people with really sensitive skin to go outside and tell them what it feels like.
"Hey Sam, go outside and let us know what it feels like"
"Roger, will do. Ohh boy, it feels like 105 out here! Im melting"
"Thanks Sam we'll let the public know. Well everybody today is 84 degrees but according to Sam it feels like 105"
:laughing7:
