Good morning! A sunny day on the way.

Thank you @ToddsPoint !! Just got home and found this waiting for me !! Incredibly thoughtful and kind of you !!

I hope everyone had a good weekend.
It was a kind of a mixed bag here for sure.

Needed fuel and went to get 6 Jerry cans filled up at the gas station.
Just finished filling 2 gas and was about to fill the 4 diesel and this guy walks up and ranted and walked away.:dontknow:

I barked back to him as he was walking away back to his truck-"What's your issue?"
Seems that he needed to fill up his truck and we were in his way. :icon_scratch:

I stated that maybe he should go inside and ask them to install more pumps then.:laughing7:
The guy on the inside lane filling his boat finished and left.
The guy drives up, gets out and starts to fill his tank.

Puffed up like some rooster looking for a match, he grunts and calls me a "Democrat" :laughing7:
Starts about guys like him need to get things done.

I asked so you think I should of pulled out and let you fill up, then came back to do my fill up.
Sorry but the world doesn't revolve around you.

Then he goes off on a lecturing me about "Pump educate"
Then back to being a democrat.

I'm cursing my position at the pump, diesel nozzle pumping and not the high test.
Simply because if he would of moved towards me it would of been a good shower.

I looked at him and said "Quit being a ****ing Karen"

Now he stated "Enjoy your pensions as it's working guys like me that provide you that luxury" :laughing7:
I finished and walked inside, held the door for him, and said you better go ahead because you're in a hurry.

"Guys like me need to get it done"

I looked calmly at him and asked what he did for work?

"I'm a stump grinder. Retired but I do it on the side"

By the inch?

No I do an estimate on the job.

End of my outside world experience-conclusion-still arfed up in so many ways. :laughing7:

People have def not gotten friendlier the last few years.
I'm with you, give 'em hell when they ask for it!

Mornin all.

Humidity showing in the air this pleasant morning. The magic of June in Michigan. A good week for corn in the fields which has been showing well already.

Powerwashing could be continued today but I may have over done it yesterday.
(There's a guys like me get it done ; sometimes , joke in there somewhere. )

Neighbor retired the idea of replacing his own house siding after a brief start.
A trio showed up this morning to do it.
I warned him yesterday I might try to steal them before they finish his job.

Only way that dumbass got anything done was by others opening their wallets for him.

My last stumps ground cost two steaks. And the steaks were voluntary after on my part.
That would leave your new democratic buddy pouting too I'm sure.

I feel like getting some estimates for stump grinding.

"Need 60 stumps taken out."

Get the Mrs to do the initial meet and greet.
Then show up and tell him where the gate is located.🤣

Noticed the battery light on the skidsteer lit up.

No main bolt, just the adjuster bolt.
Belt very loose.

No bolt to be found, so off to town.
No bolt 10mm to be bought.
Settled on a 3/8" and shimmed it.
Just finished and the showed up.
Explained what happened, pointed, looked and there sat the bolt.
Grumble 🤣

First warning was that it is 10mm.
There is rumor that if a soul is very good. Real good... That when one dies they go to a place where thereis a room. In which are things lost that would rather not have been lost per owner.
Sure , lots of lighters ect..
But the amount of 10mmm sockets will be amazing!

Hey look , a room!
Oooops.

Oh, I hate it when that happens!
I'm almost convinced we live different parallel plans.
One is where is it, then we jump over and go :dontknow:
Go and find another at a store or storage.
Then we get back and there it sits.
If there is they have a warped sense of humor. 🤣

I have long said that the fastest way to find a misplaced thing is to go buy another one.

May I start a side conversation? About having coins authenticated/"slabbed"?

I'd like to "hear" of people's experiences doing such. I mean...if one had a coin that was worth mega dollars, how can they trust to send it through mail? Let alone trust that they'll get the original coin back?

Not that I have one, just always been curious about the process. (...and...yes.. I have trust issues. That's why I'm asking a bunch of pirates. :angel12: )

Insure it
Send via courier
Have really well defined photos.
And the reputation of the grading company is paramount.
Top rated companies aren't going to compromise that reputation for a single coin.

Well I charged a battery up.
13.6 volts
Put it in the 3000 tractor.
Click
Put the tester on it, had volts, but it bottomed out bad.
Went and got the 4D battery, click, it was bad also.
Called for a price $372.00.
Crazy price
Option B maybe a good truck battery.

Visited mechanic in nearby community.
Yes he'll work on the plow tuck if it is towed to his bay.
He needs plow off it to be able to lift it though..
(Plow rests above soft sand on hilly area.)

I'll run the longest owned electric cord back out there (good thing I Parked it way out by the road duh) and charge the battery I remove a cable from while it sits due to parasitic leak I still haven't found the source of.
Then I can look at how to support plow so I have a chance of reinstalling it ; if I can get it off.
Doubt the tractor will lift it.
