According to the grounds keeper(where we stayed) who, is also a metal detector, this hole produced 1 old iron spike and a piece of eight a week before we got there :(076.JPG

As they say detecting is a game of inches. If you had of been there a week earlier that 8 reale might have been yours!
 

We was in Walmart today, and there was this black gentleman in his twenties in the aisle we were in. An old Vietnam war vet walked past, and the young man ran up to him, shook his hand, and thanked him for his service. The old man was smiling, my mom was tearing up, and I was proud to see it. It turns out that this young man was a Marine, about to be deployed to who knows where. God Bless him.
