I did ok once along one of those in Huntington Beach.

Behind it was some blacktop,.... then places that sold food and drinks.

Coins, a pretty good spill.

I have a Foley and Company Honey Tar medicine bottle from the late teens, early twenties, that had some original contents and the cork still in it. It was nasty looking, and not good for display, so I too the cork out, and was hit with strong Alcohol fumes. That stuff must have been fermenting for a while! Interesting combination of tar, sugary sweet smell, with alcohol. Mmm. Yummy.

No, but it sounds cool. I tend to stay away from high end bottles like that, because my wallet htes high end bottles, lol!

There was a girl with a spider bite that just wouldn't heal.

In desperation her parents asked Edger Casey for help,......

When he gave them advise it was to use oil of smoke.

They checked with the druggist,.... no luck, said he hadn't seen it in years,.....

They went back to Casey, he then told them what shelf, behind this, next to that,...

They returned to the drug store, told the druggist where to look,..... he found it.

They used it, and it worked,......the wound healed.




Of course this was many years ago.
