At an assisted living home. I'll work the kitchen. I have experience with high end catering and was good at it. So that type of work I'm thinking I can do. My mother is the activity director there and everyone knows me there because I've done lots of volunteer work there and they know I work hard. Just was an opportunity I couldn't pass up knowing I'll get the job.

You may make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. It happens. But it sounds like you are familiar with the place, the people and the type of work they have for you. I think you will be an asset. You said you volunteered there. Shoot, you may as well get paid for your labor and time.
