I'd say around 300. They called for severe weather which probably kept people away. I heard it was supposed to be from 12pm - 10pm, but the place was cleared out by 4pm. And no music.

That's a good turnout for sure.
Those weather warnings seem to put a damper on folks.

Those people dressed up were with Galleon Treasure Parrot Sanctuary that takes in unwanted parrots. They had a pirate ship too. I was too distracted to take many pictures. Most people there were dressed like modern pirates!!

Almost gave you a sad face for that one. Blossom and I want to go to a dress up pirate party and meet other pirate detectorists and go detecting. 🏴‍☠️

So what say ye? Wouldst we still be accepted as piratesses if we go next year? Dressed up?
Or shouldst I just have her come to Ohio and dig up rusty square nails?

A couple things I was given on my birthday. A uranium glass item, and a medical bottle. The medical bottle once had a perfect label and was full. Sad story is it tipped in the paper wrapper when it was bought for me and leaked on the label. My mother had bought it for me and was upset it ruined the label but I think it's awesome still.

My birthday since passed was on the 25th of April just never got to posting the uranium glass and bottle. But thank you. I'm happy to have some new bottles and glass to my collection. I have a few uranium glass pieces and shards I've collected over the years I intend to make a black light cabinet for them.
