Oh boy I gotta go look again !! Ball field was being redone when I last looked and was not visible. That is spanish harbor that it backs up to. A very good area. Probably the feilds back stop was different and arranged against the shore line....ill be checking !!

I put an oil heater in the barn for the welfare chickens today, was touching 32F
I feed them, so I might as well provide heat too.

I have no idea, just that it was big and deep and yes it’s lead xx

They were a chunk of flat lead that was hung over the muzzle bore to keep moisture out...
Sheets of lead with “fingers” were used to cover the touch hole of a cannon, protecting the powder and the fuse.

Hubby broke my vacuum cleaner. I told him he had to fix it because it’s only about 6 months old. Well…..

Surprisingly, he got it back together and it does work, but I have an extremely long cord to carry around now. 🤦‍♀️
