For those that do not know, the Cap'n in his infinite wisdom promoted me to Rum Fetcher earlier today. A certain pirate in a jealous rage has accused our brilliant Cap'n of ignorance with his decision making and me of being a "brown nose". Such jealousy and belittement of our great Cap'n.
With that being said, I want to thank those that made my promotion possible.
I owe everything to the Cap'n. I would be nothing without the Cap'n. He is like a master sculptor that took this worthless lump of clay and molded me into a first class Rum Fetcher. I think few of you realize the wisdom with which he captains our ship. Thank you, Cap'n ARC. Thank you for being a perfect captain and an ideal role model.

It started to rain this AM, rained all day. By 6:30 pm we had just about 2", then it rained hard for 35 minutes.
So we have just about 4" total for the day.
Don't have to water for a few days now.

Tbf, i did think should ask in a “proper” thread… but was worried any answers would be a tad techy for me,…. hence asking in this thread 😉 😂 x

I think it’s a good question though.


Edit: after thinking about it, I remembered a conversation I had. Last December I met up with another Tnet member. He said he gets the same detector for his (now) wife that he uses. He said it was like when my hubby takes me fishing. I use the same rods and reels and lures as he does because he buys what he believes is the best tackle for our kind of fishing.
