I hear it's a tad dry there now.
it certainly is.. but luckily they have started to harvest… so we can get our spades in those fields nicely….. hopefully tomoz I can persuade “him indoors” to go back to the river so we don’t die of sun stroke😀

Good morning pirates and piratess! Early start today, another pool scuba lesson. Yesterday all 3 of us let each other drown. Oops! I almost had it. Got the gal on my regulator. We locked arms and swam to the top , then I was overwhelmed by a leg cramp. I took her to the edge of the pool, took my reg back and told her to blow herself up I’m dying here. Other than that it’s going great.

Humid after the much needed rains.
Mist from the ground up. Nice to see.
Later it'll feel muggy enough the novelty will wear off.
How shall Barts return be orchestrated?
I've time to have fun with imagining it. (Run folks!)
Crossed Conch productions presents : Return to The Headshop.
Today our intrepid modern pirate will run the gauntlet of magistrates to be ashore just long enough to continue cultivating good will with a local shop keep.
Not a ransom , not blackmail .. Simply the return of treasure derived from such a soul in the form of a medallion..
Sure it could be sold or pawned elsewhere with no regard for it's owner. But where is the fun in that?
Besides , negotiation and a networking in port could pay dividends in time.
Should a containership of tie died shirts be salvaged , who then could distribute them? Should a disguise ashore be needed in a pinch , or even a sandwich, ducking into a shop with a welcoming proprietor is easier than trying to get change for a several thousand dollar hunk of gold among suspicious strangers to sound the alarm. Not that we're saying anyone has done such , of couse.
What shall the terms of exchange be?
And what will come of the return will depend on those terms.
How will our pirate get there and back to his craft without getting pinched by either magistrate or shark?

howdy everybody-we just had about 50 painted buntings that spent about 2 weeks with us-we ve been out here 27 years and this is the first time we ve seen them-they are active little rascals-they got after the birdseed nonstop from sunup to sundown
