Thank you very much Traveller, not the best day so far still issues with my sleep that occur with varying severity. Woke up around 6am tried to go get a bit more sleep but as soon as I close my eyes and feel relaxed the random weird thoughts occur. Was really bad this morning enough to stress me out give me bad anxiety and a headache. I'm tired of this scares the hell out of me and makes my hypochondriac mind think something terrible is happening.

That sucks. I hope you find some relief.

Making plans for the pacific side of Costa Rica !! We will charter our friends boat thats already there. Gonna go after blue and black marlin......at about the 2:50 mark is what ill be up too !! Hell ya !!

Evenin all, gonna be packing up tonite go in for half a day of work tomorrow then head to Alabama. Friday the bride and I will be headed out to the treasure coast for a quick stop then Saturday we head to the keys for a week!

The Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area are less than an hour from home. Beautiful white sands and warm gulf waters. Gotten very crowded down there in the last 10 or so years built up a lot with condos and sports parks that host the young ones for tournaments.

Not much if a beach hound myself, but my kids love it. I like me some Mobile though. I believe it was Wintzells that had some kick ars seafood.

Wintzell’s is vintage Mobile Gulf Coast seafood, fried or blackenedshrimp and fish, oysters on the half shell or fresh off the grill, Whole stuffed, baked, or fried flounder. Man I’m gettin hungry for some seafood! And yes LODA Biergarten downtown has quite a wide variety of good cold beers.

Saw one the other day, couple yesterday.
Few this morning early
By lunchtime it was war!
Set out the traps
Got the bucket of soapy water, and went hunting.
Crafty suckers, touch the plant they roll off to the ground and hide.
Hold the pail of soapy water under them and they fall in, go quickly through the suds to the water.

I just looked at the photo-darned if I didn't post up a tad of beetle porn going on.
Saw a pile on the ground today, must been 20+ all in a big love fest-well till the size 13 finished it off with a happy ending of that group.

Frog legs won the debate over shrimp.

Used to go to Dauphin Island and get the shrimp straight from an old cinder block building just off the dock where they unloaded from the boats. The trick was to watch for the boats to head in then head for the dock. Of course even better than that was pulling your own net but then you had to do the sorting and picking.

Next time you get down that way if you like fried crab claws try out the Mariner on Dog river. A little off the beaten path but we’ll with the trek to get there
