Your one of the reasons we're not going anywhere.
WD has the grandkids as stated.
Bart is doing his wood projects.
ARC is a never stop kind of guy.
Others lurk and are too shy.
I understand the shy part. I am very bashful myself. I blush just writing this post.

Oh, I was able to get their metal detecting trucks working and we went out yesterday. Kinda funny thing happened. We were walking to my site, the boys were behind me. The 8year old yells, “SNAKE!” I turned around just in time to see it slither across the 6year old’s shoe. He did a high two step and then came running and screaming past me. Lol you got to know this kid! He’s a little guy with a big attitude. He was steaming mad! He was calling everything, “Stupid.” Stupid snake . Stupid metal detecting. Stupid place. He even dropped a few f-bomb alternatives in there. He is a handful already. He said my site was haunted.
The older brother used his truck and we dug up a couple nails and wire and this piece that looks like a grate from a gas stove. Then he was more interested in all the bricks, like it was Minecraft. All the while the little dude was still griping. Grandma used her pinpointer and found what she could in about 30 minutes.

Well my woo hoo moment was that I haven’t gotten this muddy since I was a kid. I have a “What’s it” for you all.

It has a nail in it and a hole for possibly another nail.

What is it?

If I don't get off my arse and make these mosaics, all I have is a tub full of glass chips and potsherds. I made a black walnut frame/mold for this one.....first couple I made have primitive frames, so I made a nice one for this piece. I put nice frames on all the pieces I sell, but all the ones I have are ones I wouldn't sell because of the primitive frames. I've had more requests for these from friends and relatives than I ever imagined, and I enjoy making them.....and I have a reason to pick up these random chips and shards now and get excited when I find them treasure hunting/digging !!
Such an artistic creation. Some day I hope to make something like that. Great job, Bart.

But it looks like you just pulled that carrot out of the garden.
