We try to have a couple of vegetarian suppers per week to ease off on meat consumption. Tonight's main course is roasted bell peppers with some pitted black olives, some fresh bread cubes, feta cheese cubes, olive oil, garlic, parsley, etc...I mixed in some anchovy paste but that's optional for those would don't like it.

We have some leftover potatoes and kale to add some starch to the mix on the side.

rook,

The limit on the consumption level is a bit stingy....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7: A buddy of mine who was born in Germany was advised to only have 1 beer per day so he went out and bought a 2 litre stein-that's about 70 ounces of beer.

The doctor didn't say 1 12 ounce beer so he said he was following doctor's orders....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

Well there ya go.:laughing7:

Busy day. While my mom was looking up old deeds in the local courthouse, I bought a pre-WWI era mason jar to house the other half of my Georgia pottery shards, and then we went to good ol' Walmart. It wasn't all that bad, got everything we needed quickly, and I tipped my ballcap to a pretty brunette as she walked by. She smiled. Hey, quit laughin! :laughing7:

And bill
They say to eat lots of Sea food. I’ve got my quota for the next couple of years. It’s better
Fried :laughing7:I feel like I’m in confession here.:laughing7: And I’m not even Catholic :laughing7::laughing9:

I confess I like fried sea food combo from Desoto’s sea food, Gulf Shores, Al.
Rated best sea food since forever. You get your HOT order in 5 minutes. No bull.
They do that much business. You wouldn’t believe the contractors down here building
This area. My bride and I have been coming here for 15 years or more but the construction
Is incredible. We met a couple from Illinois at lunch today and they have been trying
to find someone to buy for 8 years. It seems more older folks from the north are coming
South because of the warmer weather on the gulf in the winter. The folks we met were great.
In 5 minutes it seemed we had known them forever. The wife even metal detects. Head gear
and all. WTH. We are meeting Thursday at the state beach park to detect.
Side note: These folks stay down here till April in most cases. Welcome

RR,

I see your confirmed bachelor hood is being tested..... :laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:
