Some silkies and a polish hen

I made a call on one of my dealers in the Niagara Falls area last week and out of the corner of my eye I noticed what looked like fluffy white cottonballs with legs running around their backyard. The owner told me they were Silkie Chickens... I told him they looked delicious.
