Fast forward a few decades. Dyson Racing (with their 1/4 million dollar Fords) whoops Ferrari's (multi million dollar cars) BAD LOL. I was there,and will never forget it,what a party Use to spend a lot of time at Dyson's shop in Poughkeepsie NY. Nothing pisses off Ferrari more that to be beat by a "Ford"

In frig overnight.Dry in oven (as low as it goes) a couple hours and done.It comes out pretty good

Jim, Yep we bake it in the oven with foil over it and then brown the cheese on the top under the broiler at the end. Our version has grated cheese on top instead of breadcrumbs. We'll have it with a side salad.
